Personal Training In A Group Setting!
Our group classes are designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. Training in a group setting can be very motivating and you make some new "like-minded" friends along the way!
Plus its way cheaper than personal training😁
Group Class Schedule is: M-F 5:45am, 5:30pm, 6pm
each day has a different emphasis
Monday-HIT (high intensity training)
Wednesday-Bench press/upper body/arms
