Ā Our group classes are designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. Training in a group setting can be very motivating and you make some new "like-minded" friends along the way!

Plus its way cheaper than personal trainingšŸ˜

Group Class Schedule is: M-F 5:45am, 5:30pm, 6pm

each day has a different emphasis

Monday-HIT (high intensity training)

Tuesday-Squat/legs/abs

Wednesday-Bench press/upper body/arms

Thursday-HIT

Friday-Deadlift/Full body
